What is Measurement Data?
Measurement Data is a database-based software specifically developed for the recording, evaluation, and documentation of fan characteristics. Thanks to its flexible structure, the software can also be adapted for similar products such as pumps or air conditioning units. Due to the product-specific data, which are evaluated differently from manufacturer to manufacturer, the use of Measurement Data is planned and executed by us according to the product and the task at hand.
Measurement Data is divided into four sections:
- Database tables with input masks for product data
- Measurement table with interface to the measurement program Trendows
- Evaluation section for product-specific characteristics
- Export of measured and converted data to EXCEL
Measurement Data Evaluations
For documentation directly after measurement
The following evaluations are available:
- Characteristic curves of characteristic sizes over volume flow
- Dimensionless quantities over delivery number
- Characteristic curve field in double logarithmic scale
- Bar chart with octave and third-band sound levels
- Table of measurement and result values
- Table with values at selected intersection points
- Customer-specific data sheets
- Customer-specific evaluations
For fans, Measurement Data includes ready-made evaluations that can be freely compiled and output in up to 10 variants. In each variant, an unlimited number of pages with different evaluations can be freely assembled.
Detailed Characteristic Curves
Measurement Data enables precise calculation and graphical representation of product-specific characteristic curves, such as double logarithmic characteristic curve fields of fans. For further analyses, all measurement and result data can be easily exported to Excel.
Comparison of Measurements
With Measurement Data, an unlimited number of fans can be displayed and compared with their measurement and result values. Using similarity laws, the performance data of the fans can be converted to other conditions and compared.
Interface to Trendows
Seamless interface to the measurement program Trendows, to take over the current measurement. Additionally, the measurement data from Trendows can be displayed live in Measurement Data.
